Now that my finals are over I can start sewing again! I was experimenting with making mostly blythe clothes, but I missed creating pullip clothes because I feel like you can put more creativity into pullip clothes. With pullip and maybe 12" blythe clothes you can make more sophisticated looks or make something that fits her curves. I found with making regular blythe clothes everything was sort of like a bag with lace there was only so much you can do to change it.
For this dress I worked around some large lace I had. It was too large to use on the bottom of the dress but it was perfect for the bodice. Then i decided I wanted a full gathered skirt so it looked a little puffy but without having to use a petticoat. I put on straps for security so she doesn't accidentally flash someone and lace on the bottom to complete the look.
